You’ll receive an email confirmation immediately after checkout. If you don’t see it, please check your spam folder or contact us.
Simply create a customer account and email us at contact@pianellas.com that you'd like to be added to the waitlist, specifying the product and size you'd like to order once it is back in stock.
The waitlist operates on first-come-first-serve basis, meaning that the clients will be notified in the order that their request to be added to the waitlist has been received.
Our Client Services team will then notify you over e-mail and guide you through the checkout process.
Please email us within 2 hours of placing your order. We’ll do our best to update it before dispatch.
Unfortunately, billing details can’t be modified once the order is confirmed.
Yes we do. Digital gift cards are available in multiple values and delivered instantly by email. Simply check out the link in the footer labeled "Gift Cards" and select the gift value that suits you.
Shipping
Do I have to pay shipping?
Shipping is calculated at checkout. We also offer free shipping promotions from time to time. Orders over £125 qualify for free shipping.
Will I have to pay duties or taxes?
US orders may be subject to import duties and taxes upon delivery. These charges are determined by US customs and must be paid by the customer.
When do I pay these fees?
If applicable, the courier will contact you before delivery to arrange payment.
If you return an item, duties and taxes cannot be recovered and will not be refunded.
How couriers usually collect the fee
DHL / UPS / FedEx
Send a payment link via email/SMS and you pay online before delivery. Sometimes the Driver may request payment at the door (card most common, sometimes cash)
Returns Fee
Returns from the US incur a $15 fee, deducted from your refund.

Orders are typically dispatched within 2–4 business days once processed.
All orders are shipped from London, UK via Royal Mail. You will receive shipping updates and tracking sent to your email via Shopify.

Returns

At Pianella's, each piece is crafted and packed with care. We hope you love your order, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
We accept returns for eligible full-price items purchased online, provided they qualify our returns requirements and are in unworn condition, have no marks and stains, have hygiene labels intact and remain with all relevant tags attached and are stored in their original light pink packaging tubes.
We cannot accept returns on:
- Personalised or made-to-order pieces,
- Swimwear with removed hygiene seals, marks or stains.
- Gift cards or sale items marked “Final Sale.”
Return shipping is arranged and paid for by the client.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at contact@pianellas.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with the return instructions and the return address.
If you refuse to pay any applicable customs fees and the parcel is returned to Pianellas, we will refund the cost of the items, excluding original shipping charges and any return or handling fees incurred.
